Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lune & Pearl case. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • To start a return, email us at support@luneandpearl.com with your order number

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your case arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Wrong Item

Received the wrong model? Contact us and we'll ship the correct one at no extra cost.
